Dave Twitchell is a Strategic HR Business Advisor whose career spans four and a half decades in nonprofit and healthcare organizations. He retired in 2022 as Vice President of Human Resources for Catholic Charities NH, where he oversaw HR across healthcare facilities and social service programming.
Since 2023, Dave has been providing consulting services to organizations that need senior-level HR support. The kind that comes from someone who's spent a career doing the work, not just advising on it. Union negotiations, compensation redesigns, employee relations crises, compliance buildouts. He's handled them all, and he brings that depth to every engagement.
Dave holds a graduate degree from Southern New Hampshire University and an undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire. He's served as an adjunct faculty member and instructor in compensation and HR certification prep, the same expertise he now applies directly to client organizations throughout the Upper Valley and New England.
